Just look at my previous post then you will find the homemade burger that I made before. Actually, I made this burger with my friend, Tiffany. This is a  competition between us. This is quite a fair competition because we shared the same ingredients, but with different sauces!!! Tiffany used chilli sauce and I used sweet chilli sauce (It might sound the same, but they really tasted different.)

BurgerQueen’s burger Baby !!!

Do you remember last time I made a burger by myself:)

You probably think why I am so proud of making a burger? Isn’t it easy to make a burger? Yes, you are right. It is easy, but I am always too lazy to cook. So please let me feel proud just this time:) As you can see, I take a perfect photo for my burger baby. I promise I will show you the burger that I made, and this is its perfect look! It looks so tasty, doesn’t it 🙂

To start a day with McDonalds burger

I admit that I am a big fan of McDonalds, because it is easy to find it everywhere and it usually tastes the same! Although I am surprised that the price can be so different between Europe and Asia countries!

However, one thing is not changed, the taste of the food. Particularly, I really like to eat breakfast in McDonalds because of the bread! The bread of breakfast burger is different from the normal burger in McDonalds, they call it”McMuffin”. McDonalds stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am, which is indeed a sad thing for me because I am always too lazy to go out on weekends morning (The truth is I can’t get up before 10:30, the last time McDonalds sells breakfast meal).

This time, before I was heading to Hallstatt (an amazing village in Austria) from Salzburg, I got a chance to eat McDonalds breakfast😁  ‘Bacon and egg McMuffin’ is my favorite so I ordered it without doubt：）But this is not what I want to say, I feel surprised to see croissant to be offered in McDonalds as a burger type because I have never seen this in Taiwan. In different countries, they have different dishes which fit local people’s preferences with special ingredients. I like this special croissant burger but I like more the original one! But it is tasty as well😋
When you travel more, you will find more interesting things and unusual which make you know more and know how big the world is. Let’s explore the world and food together:)))

House Burger in Munich

Since I am on Easter vacation, I have chance to travel around and eat different burgers:)

After sightseeing in the city of Munich, I tried a popular burger restaurant. Why I say this restaurant is popular and famous? Because it took me more than 30 minutes to get the seat!!! For starving people this is unacceptable, but in order to eat the delicious food, it is worthwhile.

Vato Loco Burger

This time I order ‘Vato Loco Burger’ which use guacamole as its dressing. I know this is a fatty food but I really like it, because the sauce is perfect with its thick and juicy beef patty. However, this burger is too big to eat, so I separated the bread to make it easier to eat. I don’t think this would be a problem for men of course! Anyway, an advice to girls who don’t eat too much: Please come to ‘Burger House’ when you are extremely hungry or you might waste it😁

Things to do: Add ‘Burger House’ to your ‘To do list’ when you plan to travel in Munich!

Bon appetit! Big Fernand

It is true that American like to eat burgers and take burgers as one part of their life. However, good food is worth eating around the world.

There is no except in Paris, which is so called ‘food capital of the world’. On one hand, French people are proud of their gourmet food culture. On the other hand, they also enjoy worldwide fine food. Therefore, in order to eat the burger but with French style, Big Fernand established! By using French ingredients to make their French style burger, Big Fernand established in 2012 to amaze people’s appetite.

If you come to visit the restaurant and have no idea what to order, I recommend you to try their signature dish – Le big Fernand! The special of this burger is that it has tomme de Savoie(cheese) and special sauce inside with beef patty. Eating tomme de Savoie alone should have heavy taste and it smells really bad, but with the special sauce I didn’t taste anything weird, instead it tastes so good!

Why Big Fernand is so popular in France? Because it uses not only French ingredients to make burgers, but also its exact size (maybe?!). Why the size matters? Not like general American burgers which is usually oversized and difficult to bite, Big Fernand’s burgers are easy to handle which allows people to enjoy their meal gracefully.
I guess you are already curious how Big Fernand’s burgers taste! Come to Paris and buy one while enjoying breath-taking view in Paris! Happy Easter everyone and hope you have a nice vacation：）

Ramen Burger

When talking about ‘Ramen’, which country comes to your mind? I believe your answer is Japan! However, Raman burger comes from New York and the founder is a Japanese-American, Keizo Shimamoto. As a chef, he had gone to Japan to study ramen and during the time he was inspired to create this special dish- ‘Ramen burger’ thanks to his combination of Japanese and western background.

Ramen Burger is indeed a creative idea and it successfully breaks the stereotype of burgers. However, some reviewers say that if you like ramen, eat ramen. If you like burger, eat burger. There is no point to eating different types of food together. What do you think? For me if the food is tasty and it doesn’t matter, this picture make my mouth water already.

Now, you can not only find ramen burger is New York but also some other countries such as Japan and Korean.

Brisbane’s best burger is in Miel Container

Miel Homemade Au Grass Fed Beef Pattie served with Beef Battered Chips:)

This beef burger recalls me the time when I was in Brisbane last year. I can remember that I had this burger before I left the city and someone told me I should try the burgers in Miel container or I would regret if I went back to my country. Fine, as a burger lover, why not gave it a chance. I went there with my friend who studied in Brisbane and I miss her so much now. I was recommended by a local people that the homemade beef burger is the best and I ordered it for sure. Don’t ask me what did my friend order, I didn’t remember because I don’t have such a good memory….By the way, I was really surprised by its juicy beef patty, you can’t imagine how sad I was when I first bit the burger. The reason is that I couldn’t eat it again after leaving Brisbane. I know I overreacted, but I really wanted to let you know how fantastic it is. In additional, the thick cut chips are also amazing due to their golden surfaces and crispy taste. Omg, can they offer an international delivery? I am craving for this burger set now! Anyway, if you’ve got any chances traveling to Brisbane, don’t miss the chance to try it !!!!!

Mmmmm…I think I shouldn’t write a burger blog in the midnight, I am so hungry now…..

Are you a person who are always too lazy to cook as me but want to eat a burger in a cozy afternoon? Now, I am teaching you an easy and simple way to make a burger within 20 minutes. Let’s see how this beef burger is made.

 

Are you getting excited to make your own burger after watching the video? Go to get the ingredients listed below and follow the instruction then you can make it too:)))))

Fabulous beef burger recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

• tomato
• lettuce
• round bread
• beef patty
• sweet chilli sauce

Instructions

1. Use the right knife and cut tomatoes into slices
2. Take the beef patty out from fridge and preheat the fry pan (on medium-high temperature)for few minutes
3. While waiting for the pot to be hot, preheating the oven for toasting bread in the next stage
4. Cook the beef patty on one side then flip it once, and the other side as well

Tips: Cooking time on each side
3 minutes for rare
4 minutes for medium
5 minutes for well done

5. Put burger bread in the oven and wait for 5 minutes

6. Prepare and wash some lettuce (if you like onion or other vegetables, you can                          prepare them too

Burgers in Lancaster uni: W2B2

As a Student studying at Lancaster university, I would like to introduce you a place to eat burgers – W2B2.

If you were students at Lancaster university, maybe you haven’t eaten W2B2. Because sometimes it needs luck and chance to enter the restaurant successfully. You may go there and find it closed (this happened to me twice), or when you are on the way to W2B2, then you suddenly change your mind and are attracted by other restaurants in campus.

Anyway,  W2B2 offers various burgers which divide the menu into standard and special ones, and the most attractive burgers for me are Blue Cheese Burger and Crispy Duck Burger, they look so yummy. I can’t wait to try these two burgers next time.

Want something special? W2B2 also has weekly special burger and we can find it on the board!!! I am an honest blogger, for me, burger prices in W2B2 are relatively higher compared with the average burger prices in the campus. However, although the price is a little bit higher to students, burgers in W2B2 are still worth eating.

Personal comment: which dips do you usually eat with chips? If you feel bored of eating chips with ketchup, why not try sweet chilli sauce. They taste so good when eating together!!! I think I can not live without sweet chilli sauce forever 😋

It looks simple, but tastes good：）
